I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and the design was impressive. The bed was incredibly cozy. The Horizon Club restaurant on the 48th and 18th floor offered breathtaking views.
I found the hotel to have spacious and busy rooms, which unfortunately weren't as clean as I would have liked. However, they were big and bustling, and at times noisy. The price was reasonable for the size of the rooms.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with some very useful extras from the Horizon Club restaurant on the 48th and 18th floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and worth the additional money. The service was extremely good, with friendly and professional staff who made check-in/out very fast. However, it would have been nice to have a seat closer to the window. The location was a little too far from the city area but the extra VIP area provided a nice welcome apart from the crowd. During peak hours, the dining experience was busy, but the international dishes offered a very large selection of options. The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated in a lovely area close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with comfortable large beds. The staff is friendly and super helpful, although the location is a bit far from the city center. The dining options are varied, but not outstanding.
